When you purchase a from us, or if you participate in one of our surveys, contests or promotions, e-coaching, sign up for our newsletter or contact our staff, we may collect some or all of the following personal information:

- similar information about other members of your family

- your date of birth and/or the date of birth of other members of your family

We use your personal information for the purposes identified below and access to your personal information is limited to those employees of TheWaveRiders.com who need to have access to it.

Your personal information may be used by us to provide products and services to you such as: to send you the TheWaveRiders Newsletter (opt in only) or during e-coaching services to help determine what information to provide for you. We also use your information to send to you any orders that you have asked for.

Sometimes we have to share your Personal Information with others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share some or all of your personal information with third parties such the payment provider financial institutions when you order from us. We may also disclose your personal information where we are required or permitted by law to do so.

We retain your personal information for our financial records and to notify you of update information that we may feel will be of us or of interest for you.

What can you do if you want to limit the use to which we put your Personal Information?
Most of the personal information which we collect is necessary for us to send out your order, to provide e-coaching services, send out the newsletter or to post a question and we cannot do this without that personal information. Similarly, we must disclose your personal information as described above, to provide products and services related to the website, book and newsletter. If you do not want us to use or disclose your personal information in a particular way, please contact Patricia Irwin as described above and we will be pleased to discuss with you how we can limit collection, use or disclosure of your personal information.

You can request access to your Personal Information.
You have the right to access the personal information, which we have, about you and to request that personal information, which you believe to be inaccurate, be corrected. If you wish to access your personal information you should contact Patricia Irwin who will be pleased to assist you.
