Charting Your Personal Physical and Emotional Energy Waves

How exciting!
We are about to begin a new year and The Wave Riders has
prepared a new program and journey of self-discovery! Welcome
to the first in the year long series that will assist you
in Mastering your Wave Rides.
We are going to take real action
on creating your life based on The Wave Riders and our belief
that
that your mind has evolved to allow greater creativity. We
need to learn how to operate our evolved minds and energy
levels without burning out from the intensity.
You will find where self-help
books may not have helped before that these steps will work
for you because they are designed for the way that YOU function
as a creative and intelligent Wave Rider! Though we will touch
on many of The Wave Rider theories this program assumes that
you have read "The Wave Riders" Book. Though you
will gain an advantage to taking the program the full benefit
will only be achieved by fully understanding The Wave Riders.

So let's get started with your
first assignment of the year.... Wave Charting
Purpose: To determine where you are on the Energy Chart
at different times of the day. To observe habitual actions
that you have each day and to determine which ones enhance
your life and which ones do not.
Assignment 1 Instructions: You will use the daily Wave
Chart that I have supplied for you (print out instructions
are located at the bottom of this article) to record and determine
your personal energy wave pattern. When you wake up record
how you slept, what time your went to bed and your last thoughts
before bed. Then record your first thoughts upon waking and
throughout your day record your psychical and emotion energy
levels through the mid-morning, noon, mid-afternoon, dinner,
mid-evening and bedtime. Charting does take commitment and
time however, with a little effort you will gain a greater
understanding and this understanding will empower you for
the greatest gain.
Do not try to analyze too much at this time. We are simply
in the recording stage. We will continue this period for the
entire month of January to catch any spikes in levels and
to give you enough time to witness any changes as you may
be in a constant period with few levels. A constant period
can occur as constantly up, mid-wave or constantly depressed.
Sometimes we can be on a certain level for years until we
burn out and end up depressed, or we can be depressed for
years. Usually we are changing levels but not noticing. Most
of us will be cycling throughout our day and throughout our
week. We usually do not consciously cycle so this should be
an interesting period of discovery for us.
Once you print out charts make several copies of the blank
chart page as you will need to fill one out for each day.
Please note that these charts are copyrighted materials. You
have permission to use these for your own personal use or
to share with a friend but you may not use them for commercial
purposes or publish them without written permission from Indigo
Irwin Kennedy.
These charts are to be used without self-judgement. You are
not to judge yourself on how you feel or what you are doing.
You are simply going to be an observer of your energy and
your actions each day for the month of January. In February,
I will give you a more detailed description of the levels
of energy and the corresponding actions that should be taken
at each level. For now we want you to simply observe and learn
who you are. You cannot start to move forward until you know
a little more about yourself.

Don't think you have ups or downs?
You may feel numb or level if you have been on medication
for awhile or you may not be allowing yourself to "go
up" anymore because you feel so disappointed with life
that you are frightened to try again.
If you are feeling numb or
constantly low, chart your emotions and energy anyway. It
is good that you know where you are on the wave and it is
beneficial to record your actions and thoughts if it is done
in a non-judgemental way. If you constantly feel numb and
are on medication, it may be time to talk to your doctor to
see if you can adjust the medication while learning to balance.
Do not just jump off medication as that can spiral you into
a devastating low or an uncontrollable high.
If your past experience has left you not wanting to even try
to do something exciting again, then chart yourself anyway
because you may gain the confidence and wisdom to be able
to try again without heading for the lows of depression. We
need to learn how to use our gifts in a better way than we
have in the past and that is just what we are about to do.
You are not a disease or a disorder.
You are not handicapped and in fact you are gifted. You just
don't know how to utilize the gift without the pain that follows.
You could not succeed before because, like a cork on water
you bobbed up and down aimlessly without understanding what
it was that pushed and prodded you through your days. Energy
waves are powerful influences on your life that are either
helping you to succeed or are creating a negative pattern
in your life that you will come to identify with as "who
you are". You are not this thing that threatens your
life.
In February, we will move onto the next steps towards Mastering
our Personal Physical and Emotional energy waves, but please
feel free to continue charting daily for as long as you feel
necessary. Later we will only chart once a week to determine
our overall levels.
Enjoy the journey of self-discovery with total acceptance
of who you are because you are perfectly designed to be who
you are meant to be.
