"The Wave Riders.com™ Depression Survey"
You do not have to be diagnosed bipolar to take this study.
You might be okay but just struggling a bit with depression.
We are looking for all levels of depression and elevated mood.

We are conducting a study to determine what Wave Riders really need in the way of help by determining what are the signals and problems that commonly occur amongst Wave Riders. We are attempting to see the patterns that will help us to help you. Please take the time to fill in our 5 minute survey questions and sign up for the study group (optional). Personal information is also optional. Personal information you do supply will remain confidential. We are looking solely for numbers and patterns. Providing you an opportunity to be heard!
