These assignments
are based on the book "The Wave Riders" and it does
help if you have already read the book. Don't worry if you
have not as you will find a lot of good information here that
will help. If you missed the beginning of the online workshops
here is where we started...
Assignment
1 Charting your ups and downs. (Don't worry if you have
not charted your levels read on anyway as the document includes
important information to help during the high levels) it is
time to learn some recommended actions that will help you
master the waves.
Assignment
2-A Started with suggested actions for the low and depressed
level. There are two levels where we feel the most desperate.
One is the highest of highs and the second one is the lowest
of lows.
Assignment
2-B The High times. These are the times for caution. This
is the level where we can prevent our depression. Prevention
is the absolute, most powerful tool in the battle against
burn out and the resulting depression.
Assignment 2-C
The Mid Wave.
This month our assignment takes us from our highest levels
to the mid-wave levels. Before becoming aware of our
Energy Waves, we as Wave Riders would rarely reach this level.
We frequently work at the highest level and do not stop until
we reach the lowest level - then we stop everything and we
wonder why our live does not work for us. When we are on the
lowest level, we attempt to find solutions to our problems.
It does not make sense to make important decisions about your
life on the low level - remember the low level is a place
where we barely find the energy to brush our hair, take a
shower or even getting out of bed. Yet, there is where we
want to focus on world problems. It does not make sense..
but we do it anyway. This mid-wave level is our target. Here
